Fees and Forms:

Make checks payable to Chris Baker or send via Paypal to csbaker24@gmail.com and mention the player's name.  This covers YMCA league fees and gym rental through the end of July. 

Jerseys will be a red/white YMCA Jr. Suns jersey for games plus a black/red reversible for practice.  All the jersey costs will be covered by the BBQ fundraiser later this month.
